   Disclose the paid partnership and follow your channel’s rules. Products are exclusively for laboratory research.

4. Review your settlement

   Eligible orders are reviewed and available commissions are prepared on the first 15th of the month after 30 full days from delivery.

Who can join the program?

We work with professionals and media whose audiences are suited to material intended exclusively for laboratory research. The owner reviews suitability; joining requires an invitation and written acceptance before a link is activated.

How is commission calculated?

It is 25% of the amount actually received for products after discounts, refunds and indirect taxes. Shipping is excluded. Customers can enter your personal code in the cart or checkout for 10% off products, excluding shipping; only one code is allowed per order and discounts cannot be combined.

How is an order attributed to my link?

An eligible order counts if the customer uses your personal code or arrives through your link with cookie consent. With consent to optional measurement, the last valid affiliate link is remembered for 30 days from the click. A direct visit does not reset the period; another valid link replaces the previous one. Only one commission is granted per order.

Can a purchase go unattributed?

Yes. Refusing measurement, deleting cookies, changing browsers or buying on another device can prevent attribution. Attribution is not reconstructed by estimation or with a generic code.

When and how are commissions settled?

They are prepared on the first 15th of the month after 30 full days from delivery, once payment and the breakdown have been reviewed. Preorders wait until delivery. Payment is made manually by bank transfer with the applicable tax documentation.

Which purchases are excluded?

Own purchases, fictitious or fraudulent transactions, cancelled orders and refunded amounts do not generate commission. A later refund adjusts the next settlement balance and any excess is reconciled with the partner.

What can I say about the products?

Products are intended exclusively for laboratory research. Claims about human or veterinary use, diagnosis, consumption or personal results are not permitted. Paid partnerships must be disclosed and follow the channel’s rules.

Is there exclusivity or a minimum commitment?

No. The pilot is reviewed after 60 days, with no exclusivity or minimum commitment and no automatic termination at that point. Pausing a link prevents new attributions while preserving the history of orders already attributed.

Partnership terms

Questions about identity or attribution are reviewed before settlement. The most recent campaign is reported separately from the last valid affiliate. Payments are made and checked manually.

The available dossier can be reviewed free of charge; any sample for laboratory evaluation requires a specific prior agreement and confirmed availability.
