Shipping policy for Spain and Europe
Destinations and rates
We accept orders for all 27 EU countries, including Spain. Shipping costs €30 per order and is free when the product subtotal before discounts is strictly above €100. At exactly €100, shipping remains payable. Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not currently available.
Preparation and delivery
Preparation starts after payment has been checked. Transport time is confirmed for each order. Preparation and transport are separate periods. The checkout calculates shipping for the selected country and shows the total before payment. Discounts apply to products, not shipping.
Preorders
All orders, including preorders, are dispatched within 10 calendar days of payment confirmation. This is a dispatch commitment, not a promise of delivery within 10 days.
Customs and special territories
Hexpeps does not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, which are outside the EU VAT area.
Tracking and problems
When the order is marked as dispatched, you receive an email with the carrier and tracking number. A tracking link is included for Correos, Correos Express, UPS and GLS when the carrier is correctly identified. Payment confirmation or a proforma does not prove dispatch. If tracking stalls, the confirmed time is exceeded, or the parcel is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us with the order reference. Keep packaging and photographs if damaged. Contact us to coordinate a return; your statutory rights are unaffected.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Check your country, postcode, city, address and telephone before confirming. Tell us promptly if there is an error. We will try to correct it before dispatch; afterwards it depends on the carrier. If a return or reshipment is needed, we will explain the options and confirmed cost before agreement. This policy does not limit your applicable rights.
